All our orders are shipped from UK warehouses. We no longer charge VAT on export orders but you will be charged VAT, at your countries rate, on receiving the goods. Duty and handling charges may also apply and are payable direct to the courier within 7 days.

UK orders received before 4pm are processed the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 4pm are processed next working day.
PLEASE NOTE: When shipping a parcel to a residential address, if you are not in to receive it, DPD will first check for instructions/preferences on the app – leave with neighbour, or leave in a safe place, and then if none, instead of returning it to the depot to go back out again tomorrow, they will deliver to the nearest DPD pick-up shop, and notify the customer, so they know where it is.
Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday. We do not currently despatch on weekends and bank holidays.
